Ian McNabb, LMFT
I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns shaping their lives.

My approach integrates attachment-based therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and existential psychotherapy.

Together we explore how past experiences influence the present while developing practical tools for navigating life with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.

I see clients in person in San Francisco, California and offer telehealth sessions throughout the state.
