Ian McNabb, LMFT

After studying English at Dartmouth College, I spent several years pursuing creative work before finding myself at a crossroads. Therapy became a turning point, helping me understand how self-reflection, emotional work, and meaningful relationships can reshape a person’s life.

That experience ultimately led me to become a therapist myself.

My work integrates attachment-based therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and existential psychology. Together we explore how past experiences shape present patterns while developing practical ways to respond to life with greater clarity and intention.

I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with greater confidence.

Therapy offers a space to step back, understand yourself more clearly, and make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
